Ops and Implementation Specialist
Full Stack Developer
As a full stack developer you are not only great at what you do. You are also able to share knowledge and take ownership within the team.
Aside from the obvious, you have deep understanding of web security and content protection, great knowledge of good programming principles and good working practices of producing clear and up-to-date documentation.
Some experience in managing junior developers is welcome but more important, you have a solution-driven attitude.
Angular (latest versions), HTML 5 SCSS
Web component programming for web products
GCP infrastructure, Docker and its use for GCP deployment
Developing serverless and high availability achitectures
As a member of the customer support team you are the first point of contact for the customer. It's part of your job to ask questions the right questions to the customer to understand the question and refer them to How to articles in Confluence when possible.
Furthermore you add missing "How to" articles, resolve first-line tickets or assigning to second-line support.
On a daily basis you assess newly arrived tickets that cannot be resolved by first-line support and assign them to the right person. You'll be creating software tasks for easy adjustments in the product.
Last but not least you'll be involved in performing upgrades with customers and assist on telephone duties.

Experience on (technical) customer support is a nice to have but not desired.
